Dulcie Madden is a co-founder and the CEO of Rest Devices, a Boston-based startup that builds software and hardware for parents to help their babies sleep better. The company’s flagship product, the Mimo Baby Sleep Tracker, is a wearable device that tracks a baby's live biometric sleep data. The Mimo system launched in February 2014 and is now sold nationwide at leading retailers. In addition, Rest is now working in partnership with Johnson & Johnson to pair its extensive infant sleep database and machine learning expertise with J&J’s pediatric sleep expertise to build Nod, a personal digital sleep coach. Dulcie received her BS in Biology from Georgetown University and half of an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
